The accommodation consists of one Queen Suite, incorporating Queen size bed/room with top shelf linen; private ensuite with L’Occitane Guest Amenities and private sitting room opening out onto an outdoor terrace. Additionally guests are welcome to relax in the formal lounge room and explore the library. The room has a distinctly Asian feel as many of the furnishings have come from Southeast Asia, where your hosts lived for a number of years.
The spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated Queen Suite comes with reverse cycle split system air conditioning for your comfort.
The private sitting room has antique furniture, a fully stocked mini-bar, digital TV, DVD, Radio/CD player and tea/coffee making facilities. 
Off street covered parking with separate guest entrance ensures your stay with us will be both private and enjoyable.

Please be aware that:
(1) access to our B&B involves some steps and is therefore not suitable for people
with ambulatory disabilities;
(2) we are unable to accommodate children as we only have the one Queen Bed;
(3) property, although fully fenced, is not suitable for pets as there are gaps in places under the fence where pets could escape.
(4) the inside of our home is a smoke free environment however, smoking is permitted
in designated outdoor areas.
